Within the public sector, there is a demand for more efficient digital solutions. With their new OpenPublic platform from Kruso, Helsingør Kommune received a website that meets all the new demands for a digitalized public sector. Most important, the new website now has all the essentials for optimized online communication with the citizens of Helsingør Kommune.

Challenge

Helsingør Kommune had an outdated website that didn’t reach the new requirements for a digitalized public sector. This meant that the municipality did not meet the demands of more online presence, which included an effective online communication with the citizens.

Solution

Helsingor.dk is developed with Krusos OpenPublic platform, which is a CMS system specifically created as a solution to the digitalization of the public sector. The website is developed to fulfil the needs and wishes from the Municipality, and reach the requirements for a fully digitalized sector.

Result

The new website has improved the online presence of Helsingør Kommune, and created an optimized communication with the many citizens in and around Helsingør. The site has reached all the digital requirements, and a further development of the website is already scheduled, to keep Helsingør on top of the new digital wave.

Helsingør Kommune has chosen to cooperate with Kruso on the OpenPublic platform. This is due to the level of user-friendliness in the solution, that corresponds with our thoughts and wishes.
