Challenge

Relevant and useful digital self-service enabling the users to take of a wide range of public interaction points is key to Hillerød Kommune. Additionally, they want to create optimal workflows for their web managers and editors. Their new website should be the driver for this ambition.

Solution

The new platform is based on Umbraco CMS and includes a full multisite solution serving all the municipality's institutions webpages and various campaign pages. Kruso was responsible for the whole project from initial strategy and IA to design, development, roll out and internal training. The process was managed truly agile – both IA, design and implementation - in close cooperation with the client.

Result

The Municipality of Hillerød has become a much simpler and user-friendly webpage where all content is just a few clicks away. The website is integrated to borger.dk, which ensures always updated information with minimal effort from the editors. The admin side of the solution has impressed the web editors by its ease of use and simplicity.

It has been a really good process, and Kruso has paid a lot attention to our needs and demonstrated a solid understanding towards our target groups. We have throughout the process had a clear alignment of expectations, always knowing what should happen next.
