As a project manager, it is important to Beata to stay present in the moment, to surround herself with good energy, and to do her best to fulfill her teammates' needs. Beata spent a few years in Florence studying product- and interior design, but later changed her mind and moved back to Sweden to study sales and marketing. Beata loves developing her knowledge about tech and working on her skills in fulfilling great projects.
Success to me is to exceed my own or other people's expectations
I love creating new stuff, like building furniture and gardening, and currently I'm taking a course in wool felting, which I really enjoy. My favorite thing to do is spending time with my family and being outdoors in sunny weather (with a cup of coffee in my hand). In my job and daily life, the most important thing to me is to have fun and laugh - a lot!
